Q: When will my maintenance service begin?
A: Your maintenance service will begin on or about May 1st.
Q: How soon should I water after a fertilization application?
A: Water as soon as possible (within 2 days). The sooner you water the faster the fertilizer will be activated. Q: What is the water recommendation for new plantings?
A: First 2 weeks - 15 minutes everyday.
Next 4 weeks - 15 minutes every other day.
Then water as needed for remainder of the season. Q: What are the recommendations for the care of my new sod?
A: After installation cut after 2 weeks, ideal cutting height is 3 inches. First 2 weeks after installation water 2 times per day - early a.m. and early p.m. for 20 minutes. Resume normal watering schedule thereafter. Q: Is it safe for pets/children to play on the lawn after a fertilizer or weed killer application?
A: We recommend that you let the lawn dry for 1 hour.
