Q: When will my maintenance service begin?
A:
Your maintenance service will begin on or about May 1st.

Q: When will my first lawn fertilization treatment be performed?
A:
Your first application will be applied following your spring
clean-up.

Q: If my sprinklers are not turned on yet, how will I be able to water after the first lawn application?
A:
Our first lawn application is granular. There is still enough moisture in the ground at this time

Q: How often should I water new seed?
A:
Two times a day (a.m. and p.m.) for 10 minutes for the first two weeks. Once seed emerges, water on normal watering schedule

Q: What is a normal watering schedule?
A:
Two to three times per week

Q: When is the best time to spot seed?
A:
In the spring and in the fall
